Is this course right for you?

Are you fed up of the lack of child-friendly Shona material online? Wish your little one could learn while having fun? Do you want to teach your child Shona but you don't know where to start?

We've got your back! When we first started looking for Shona language kids content in 2018 we were shocked by just how little there was out there. We had dual language heritage households and we were worried that our kids would not be able to communicate with their Zimbabwean relatives. We teamed up with early years educators in Zimbabwe, as well as Gogo Alice (who worked in the Curriculum Development Unit in Zimbabwe for many years) to create Sarura Kids YouTube channel. This course is an evolution of these collaborations and it offers a foundation for natural language learning. Fun visual play sessions, simple slow speaking lessons, and tonnes of bonus materials to play and learn offline too. These are just some of the things you will find in this course.
